For the batter:
140g wheat flour
30g almond flour
3 eggs
60g cane sugar
40g white sugar
70g vegetable oil
1 tsp (5g) baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cardamom
pinch of salt
2 medium apples (200-220g)

For the cream:
200g mascarpone
85g condensed milk

Baking info:
I used an 18 cm (7 inch) round cake pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes — until a toothpick comes out clean.
