Скачать или смотреть chromes normal mode has a YouTube problem after the AdBlock ban update

hello, i have problem with new implement with YouTube ad blocker and chrome update.

I was facing the ad problem (ban) before and i ignore because my ad blocker was almost blocking it except one every 8 hours.
but then I was no longer able to control the video on you tube (change time of video, increase volume, auto play next video, go full screen {it become all black screen} or play video from short).
because I am already on music premium and YouTube family's premium is only 3$ more I decided to go family's premium and remove all the hazard from this problem.

At the same time, there was a chrome update to Version 118.0.5993.118 (Official Build) (64-bit)

but the problem still remains.
after full (all time) chrome cookie and cache removal.
most of the problem disappear but the (go full screen {it become all black screen}, YouTube short video disable and disable auto play next) remain.
going incognito or changing browser give me full control again.

After testing and cleaning, {remove cache again and again} and restart PC, I found.

only the first video chosen from YouTube main Manu has no problem.

The problem starts after (refresh page or choose new video in new tab).

test with chrome incognito mode and changing browser (opera) no problem.

only with chrome normal mode that problem and restrictions keep starting after first video or refresh

tested in a different PC the chrome browser was out of date and with no problem.
After updating to latest ver the problem starts again.

I have informed both YouTube and chrome help center’s but each say talk to the other one it is his problem.

I am now using chrome incognito mode to watch YouTube.

can you help me
