can am 1000 xmr melting plastic

I bought two 2017 Can Am 1000 XMR. Both of them have melting plastic issues. One of them has 180 miles on the other one has 92 miles on. They are 6 months and 1 week old, so not sure if warranty is going to cover them at all? I will say, if they don't cover them, I'll be contacting an attorney, the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection.

after 4 months I finally got both atv's back from the dealer. I did get them to replace all the melted plastic. They also wrapped the exhaust for free. Got them home, took one for about a 5 minute ride and the plastic was very soft already. It will melt again. I emailed BRP and to my surprise they responded. They assigned my case to somebody and I'm waiting to here back from them. They did call once to let me know they are trying to contact the dealer? Honestly, I don't know why the dealer has anything to do with it? It's a faulty design that needs a recall. I'll post the results when they happen.
UPDATE 3-25-18
BRP sent me an email stating there is nothing they can do for me. The reason for the over heating and plastic melting is because of riding to slow. I'll be trying to find an Attorney that deals with this.
