This is the biggest comparison that I’ve done between Lodge BlackLock, Field Company, Smithey, Finex, Butter Pat Industries, Northern Company, Lancaster, and Stargazer cast iron. All of these skillets are the 10” inch which some are marked as No.8 or No. 10. My wife gave us a females perspective on the skillets based on handle design, weight and over design.
