2023年の10月28日種付けから約1か月間の海苔養殖の作業内容です。
今年は海況にとても恵まれてて、結果的にとても品質のいい海苔が採れました。
30年間この仕事をやってきて、個人的主観なところがありますが、そこも楽しんでもらえたらと思います。

This is the work content of seaweed cultivation for about one month from seeding on October 28, 2023.
This year we were blessed with very good sea conditions, and as a result we were able to harvest very high quality seaweed.
I've been doing this work for 30 years, and there are some aspects that are subjective to me, but I hope you enjoy that as well.
