My Honest Review | Teeter FitSpine X3 Inversion table

I herniated 2 Disks in my lower back and it caused so much pain I could barely move. Now I am able to move around with almost no pain. I thought there was no way I would be able to avoid surgery, but I did. I have been trying many things to heal it, but this Inversion table, Teeter FitSpine X3, is one the best tools out there.
