After spending about 2 weeks with the new PS5 console, I've tried different gaming modes with my LG Gaming Monitor. I'll show gameplays and settings on what the monitor supports, and which settings are the best for competitive gaming online.

For HDMI 2.0 monitors, set PS5 to performance mode and resolution to 1080p to get 120hz (frame rates will vary from 100 to 120fps)

Current PS5 Games that Support 120hz:
Fortnite - 1080p at 120hz
Call of Duty: Cold War - 4K, 120hz. For better gameplay, set 1080p at 120hz
Borderlands 3 - 1080p at 120hz
Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition - 1080p at 120hz
Dirt 5
Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom - 4K at 120hz
Rainbow Six Siege - 4K at 120hz

My Current LG Monitor Settting is on Vivid with 75 Brightness.

My Custom LG Monitor Gamer 1 Settings
(used sometimes, I'm mostly on Vivid mode)
Brightness: 80
Sharpness 80
Black Level: Low
