Manual B/P cuff (Sphygmomanometer)
Recording sheet
Pen

Notes:
Number of alcohol swabs used to clean stethoscope is optional. Inflate cuff beyond 180 mmHg. First wash hands then record. Once you begin a new skill, you may NOT go back to correct a previous skill so be sure to make all desired corrections on this skill before moving on to the next skill.
