Los Hidalgo - Tu y Yo

The Venezuelan singing/songwriting brothers Jesus and Jannio Hidalgo, known as 'Los Hidalgo' are back with their newest production 'Rumba y Cafe". 'Los Hidalgo' were first introduced to the U.S. in 1999 with their east coast hit, 'Toda Tu'. This hit was amoung the top ten in Puerto Rico, Miami and New York. This was followed by a second production, also under the Warner label, which was produced by Bebu Silvetti prior to his untimely death. The Hidalgo brothers were born into a family of musicians where they have had a chance to work with and be influenced by their father Enrique Hidalgo, responsable for many hits. This new production, 'Rumba y Cafe' is comprised of 15 tracks. four of which they wrote and 9 classic Latin hits that they have recorded with their unique Rumba and Flamenco twist. Los Hidalgo are signed to Universal Music Publishing as songwriters and have kept busy writing songs as well as singing them. Recent recordings of their songs include some by MDO among others.
