Step-by-Step Guide to Game Sharing
Note: You can only enable "Console Sharing and Offline Play" on one PS5 at a time per account. If you've already enabled it on your own console, you'll need to disable it first.

On Your Friend's PS5 (The Console You Want to Share with)
Log In to Your Account: Your friend must first add your PSN account to their PS5.

From the home screen, select the user profile icon in the top right.

Choose "Switch User" and then "Add User".
Select "Get Started" and sign in with your PSN account details.
Enable Console Sharing: Once you are logged in, you need to enable the feature on their console.

Go to Settings (the gear icon).
Select Users and Accounts.
In the left-hand menu, select Other.
Select Console Sharing and Offline Play.

Choose Enable.

Restore Licenses: It's a good practice to restore your licenses to ensure all your games are accessible.

In the same "Other" menu, select "Restore Licenses".

Download Games: From your account on their console, go to your Game Library and download the games you want to share. Once the download begins, your friend can switch back to their own account.


Log Out of Your Account: You can now log out of your account on their PS5. Your friend can play the downloaded games from their own account without needing you to be logged in.
