Teachers are pointless.

Well, this teacher is pointless.

I believe there are many types of teachers in the world. The main two are the ones that:

Care

Don’t care

And unfortunately the ones that do care tend to have the advantage taken out of them.

They want to go above and beyond and some narcissistic terrible SLT noticed this and suck all of the energy out of them by making them do extra jobs (through great gaslighting and manipulation techniques).

whereas the ones that don’t care rely on the ones that do care to have all the lesson plans done for them.

They are just in it for the paycheck. I mean, let’s be honest it’s a pretty embarrassing paycheck to be a teacher.

These people have very low standards and are merely existing not truly living.

Well done to Jeff by the way! Great speech deserves to go viral. @thejeffbliss
