Masala Toast is one of the most popular street food recipes in western India. In this recipe potato masala is cooked separately and stuffed between bread slices along with vegetables such as tomato, cucumber, onion and beetroot. In making this recipe a stove toaster is used, in this recipe video I have shown the process of toasting it in stove toaster as well as on tawa.

Ingredients:

For aloo masala :

Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 8
Green chilli-2
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
