BNHA(UA School and Festival)Power Levels

It was tricky doing pwr levels on this honestly only because of the quirk factor. there are those with Quirks that are not their usual like Yuga and his belt than there are those who are their quirk like Bakugou how he's able to use Pyro abilities Then there are those with quirks that are only ability based and not attack power based like Shouta Aizawa and his Erase Quirk. Finally there are people like Midoriya who's quirk reliant but can still pack a mean punch even without it. I hope u understand this was hard to do. For those of you who saw the notification and noticed it was "Deleted" it wasn't really deleted it was stupid copyright that blocked it from many places. which was weird cause the footage that was copyrighted was on Youtube and that video hasn't been blocked anywhere yet and it has over 2.9 Million Views
