1 Foot Outside Edge Stop - 单脚外刃停法

Introduction of the Movement 动作解析:

The 1 Foot Outside Edge Stop is used to teach Players to find and feel the outside edge of the blade to help the Player gain confidence in using the outside edge to stop.

The 1 Foot Outside Edge Stop can be practiced everyday at practice. Once the movement is perfected, other stopping skills can be built on top of it.

The 1 Foot Outside Edge Stop is foundational for hockey stopping skills and requires edge awareness to be performed effectively.

Done properly, the Player will increase their edge awareness and confidence leading to stronger stopping skills.

单脚外刃停法是一项用来教授运动员感受冰刀外刃从而建立信心使用外刃急停的技术

运动员可以在日常冰上训练中反复练习单脚外刃停法,当熟练掌握此动作后,就可以更好的学习其他的停法技术。

单脚外刃停法是冰球停法技术的基础,运动员需要具有良好的用刃意识来有效的完成此动作

在正确完成的情况下,运动员能够增强用刃意识以及信心从而拥有更强的执行停法技术的能力

Essential Movement 教学要点:

While skating in hockey ready position, the Player shifts weight onto 1 foot. On the gliding leg, the Player loads and unloads their leg and turns the toe of the gliding leg out, using the outside edge. The Player uses the middle front part of their blade to stop. The Player holds 2 hands on their stick, with core engaged.

运动员在冰球预备姿势中开始滑行,然后将身体重量转移至某只脚上,在滑行腿上蓄力并发力,同时将滑行脚的脚尖向身体外侧翻转,开始使用外刃,之后运动员使用冰刀的中前部急停,同时双手持球杆,收紧核心肌群

Segmented movement 动作分解:

1. The Player begins to skate. 运动员开始滑行
2. The Player shifts their weight to 1 foot. 运动员将身体重量转移至某只脚上
3. Using the gliding leg, the Player bends their knee, then unweights their leg while turning the toe of the gliding leg out. 运动员屈曲滑行腿的膝盖,然后发力的同时将滑行脚的脚尖向身体外侧翻转
4. Once the toe is turned, the player re-bends their knee. 当脚尖完全转向后,运动员重新屈曲膝盖
5. The Player uses the middle front part of their blade on the outside edge to stop. 运动员使用冰刀的中前部的外刃急停
6. The movement is complete when the Player has stopped and returns both feet to ‘Hockey Ready Position’当运动员停住并将双脚转至恢复冰球预备姿势时,本动作完成

Common Errors 常见错误:

1. Not loading and unloading the gliding leg does not allow the Player to access the outside edge of the blade. 没有在滑行腿上蓄发力,导致运动员不能使用冰刀外刃
2. Not using the middle front part of the blade to stop will cause chattering. 没有使用冰刀中前部急停导致过程抖动
3. Knees not bent causes a decrease in balance, stability and control of the edges while stopping. 双膝没有屈曲导致急停时平衡性,稳定性和冰刀刃的控制力减弱
4. Core not engaged will cause the upper body to collapse. 核心肌群不够收紧导致上半身松垮
