Governor for Southern Highlands William Powi has asked the Minister responsible for Petroluem and Energy Kerenga Kua to clarify to the people of Southern Highlands whether their legacy issues have been addressed.
Governor Powi said he had written a letter to the National Security of Commission and the Department of Petroluem and Energy and is still waiting for their reply.
