1-2 4lbs chickens
juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime
zest of 1 lime
1 1/2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon of dry oregano
1 teaspoon of dry thyme
2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon or more of Peri-peri sauce
1 cup of ground pepper paste
6 cloves of garlic
