Smart Electric Drive Range Test

I recently took my 2013 Smart Electric Drive out for a maximum range test. I went out at night to avoid being rude to other drivers as I was keeping my speed down. I kept my power output at 25% or less for as much as I possibly could. It should be noted that this is a 2013 Smart ED but it has a 2016 battery. The mechanic at the dealership accidentally damaged the original battery during some other warranty work in 2016. A new battery was surfaced shipped from France and installed in the car.

The 2013 Smart is rated at 68 miles. My personal experience with real world driving while using the AC or Heat is that it's more like 60 miles. I am admittedly heavy footed so 68 miles is likely achievable.
