Sergeants Major of U.S Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) certify the "stress shoot" lane of the U.S. Army 2021 MEDCOM Best Leader Competition at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, on July 22, 2021. The stress test will test the competitors ability to shoot accurately under stress. The Best Leader Competition is designed to promote “Esprit de Corps” throughout the Army while recognizing Soldiers and NCOs that demonstrate commitment to the Army values and embody the Warrior Ethos.
