We honestly couldn't have had a better day than we did at Craig and Marie's dairy farm. Little did we know that they had a whole little farm food community as neighbors. Just a stone's throw away and you'd hit a baker, brewer, and the cows out on pasture. This farm truly prizes the health of their soil, grass, cows, and in the end their products. Everything that could be sourced locally was done so and it allowed you to truly taste the region. Everyone was so dedicated to their craft and happily building up their community in the process. After all, every good community starts with it's food!
