Pan Fried Sea Bream with Herbs and Garlic Croutons - crispy skin while keeping the inside light, juicy and flaky with zingy taste of mixed herbs and lemon, topped with the crunch of garlic croutons round out the flavours and textures of this mouth-watering dish.💕

It was a great experience too to cook outdoor with hubby and friends at the farm in Dibba Fujeirah. Loved the chirping sound of the birds while cooking.😍❤️


INGREDIENTS:


1 whole sea bream (about 1 x 500g) cleaned, scaled and heads removed
Salt and pepper
Chili flakes
Paprika
Garlic powder
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp combined minced thyme, rosemary, lemon basil and parsley

1/2 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 slice of white bread
1 pickled cucumber, diced
1/4 cup mint leaves
1/4 cup roughly chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped chives
2 tbsp lemon juice

1 lemon, cut into wedges
pan grilled cherry tomatoes
caramelized onion slices
caramelized yellow bell pepper
rosemary
spring onion flower
