Start the Nexus Mission to collect Intriguing Ingredients board your ship and you will automatically be taken to a system with a planet that has the desired resource/ingredient. The planet you want to go to should be marked but if it is not just scan the planets from your ship before deciding where to go next. Skim the planet's surface in your ship and look for deposits, then land and use your analysis visor and scanner to locate the correct deposits you need to mine. Once you've mined enough of the specified resource you'll be given the coordinates for a Depot where you will drop off the goods. Finally report back to the Anomaly to collect your rewards.
