This is a Tool Assisted Superplay. Tools were used to create a performance beyond human capabilities.

1.65 seconds is believed to be the fastest possible time and requires placing one piece every frame.
To achieve this, I took advantage of the bag randomizer and created a variation of the playing forever pattern. This allowed me to place the same pieces in the same columns indefinitely. I then changed the spawn position and orientation of the pieces in a way that allowed me to perform all the necessary placements for this pattern in just one frame.
