Описание к видео Trying EXOTIC Ethiopian Food & Moroccan Food - INSANELY GOOD TAGINE in Sydney

MUST TRY North African Food - Moroccan Food & Ethiopian Food in Sydney. Sydney is blessed with so diverse food culture, but one that we have never tried is African Food, today for the very first time we are trying Moroccan Food like the LambTangine and the Famous Ethiopian Injera in Sydney.

In this episode we tried Injera with many different toppings like doro wat (ዶሮ ወጥ) - Doro meaning chicken and Wat means Stew. Its perfect when paired with Injera which is an Ethiopian Bread that has been fermented for a couple days and has a tangy flavour which is a great marriage between the stew itself that is rich in flavour.

After that we headed down to Mosman to try Tangine for the first time. The Lamb Tangine is by far the most beautiful thing we have ever experienced. The softness and buttery like texture of the meat is incredible. Being slow cooked for 12 hours and finally in a Tangine pottery which acts as a condensation plate to bring all the evaporated juice back down is just delicious.
