Bunker Discharge Machine, 2 and 6 arm designs

Описание к видео Bunker Discharge Machine, 2 and 6 arm designs

Bunker Discharge Machines reclaim and extract wet, cohesive, coarse or abrasive non-free-flowing bulk materials from hoppers, bins, silos, stockpiles and dome type storage. The arms of the machine rotate and reclaim the bulk material from the bunker shelf onto the conveying system. The BDM can travel automatically and self-propel itself through the tunnel located under stock piles. Available in a variety of designs and configurations the BDM is also commonly used in large hoppers unloading barges, trains or trucks with reclaim rates up to 2,500t/h per machine. The 2 arm design is commonly used to blend material. The arms orient themselves parallel to the travel A-frame. High speed travel is engaged to drive the BDM to a different point in the stockpile to reclaim a different type of material on the same belt.
