Masquerade is a ,,damage-stress" team, here are roles of characters:

1st: Leper (accuracy trinket + damage trinket) - damage dealer
2nd: Bounty hunter (Grappling Mits + accuracy trinket) - deathblow dealer
3rd: Shieldbreaker (dodge trinket + accuracy trinket) - damage dealer
4th: Plague doctor (accuracy trinket + stress trinket) - DoT dealer

PROS:
1) Great damage output
2) Great stress output
3) Great DoT output
4) 4 disruptors

CONS:
1) Stress is a menace
2) DoT is a menace
3) Disruption is a menace
4) Marks are a menace
5) Stuns are a menace
6) Low healing potential

Masquerade is an odd damage team, that combines also stress and DoT. All characters can disrupt opponent’s team, make AoE damage and you have 2 (self)healers. And that’s it, no other advantages for the comp. This team is weak against every possible team, no matter on player’s rank.

I tried to play a few strategies, such as „the finishers“, „mix damage + DoT“, „double finisher“ and „full stress“. I tried both variantions of Plague doctor (stresser / DoT), the DoT variantion is much better choice.

My advice: Good choice, if your Leper have a skill „Purge“, if yes, start with him OR Bounty hunter for disruption. Then Shieldbreaker also for disruption and lastly Plague doctor for applying some stress.

What a team. What. An. AWFUL. TEAM. I think, you can see the disadvantages just from the first look. Of course, all characters can make chaos on the other side, but this won’t buy you a victory. You need accuracy, good damage output, some RNGsus‘ luck and make pressure to the opponent. But you LACK of pressure. No synergies, no great (stress) healing or DoT attacks. I lost many… many times and some of the matches were humiliating. I was defeated twice against darkest player with DoT teams, once against a novice player with damage team and once… against stress Bot.

This was painful, annoying and soulcrushing matches, BUT even with these characters you can still beat harder opponents, but I highly doubt you will make it. Because of victory against darkest player, I’m giving them a little better rate than „dumpster rate“. I don’t recommend it and I hope I will not play this trash anymore.
