This is one of the simplest Heartfulness relaxation meditation techniques that can help you clear your mind. This is one of the meditation techniques that require you to sit in a comfortable meditation posture, with the intention to remove all the impression that you have accumulated during the day. You have to close your eyes and imagine that all complexities and impurities are leaving your entire system. You have to let them flow out behind you in the form of smoke from the area between the base of your spine and the top of your head.

Gently accelerate this process with confidence and determination and continue this process for about twenty minutes. This relaxation technique is effective for cleansing your mind body and soul. As the impressions leave, you will start to feel the lightness within your mind, body and soul and feel that the process is complete. You will be able to feel a current of purity coming from the source of all creations and entering you from the front. This current is flowing throughout your system and saturating every particle. You will be able to return to a more balanced state so that every part of your body is emulating lightness, purity and simplicity. You have to finish this guided meditation practise with the conviction that the Heartfulness Cleaning has been completed effectively and then slowly open your eyes. This meditation process is usually done in the evening, but there may be other times during the day when you feel disturbed and feel the need to regain a sense of calm. You can make the following suggestion to yourself - “Whatever that has affected me right now is leaving through the back in the form to smoke”. After a few minutes, make the firm resolution that the cleaning is complete. Perhaps it is not possible to close your eyes, but you can still do this cleansing meditation for a few minutes, as it changes everything.
