I'm always on the lookout for products that help women over 60 Look Better and Feel Better. So I was thrilled when I found a way to exfoliate my skin naturally.

One of my daughters turned me on to the Baiden Mitten. She got it because she was self conscious of those little 'chicken bumps' she had on the backs of her arms. Well not only does it help those chicken bumps, but it really helps me get rid of that dead skin on top of my arms, legs and even face. It's too soon to tell but the literature says it will help tighten the skin and Heaven knows I need that.

What I do know is that my skin is baby soft after I've used the Baiden Mitten. It feels younger. On top of that it seems much more ready and able to absorb the skin products I'm trying. Check back for my skin updates and let's see how this works!

WARNING...if you are using Retina A on your face then you don't want to exfoliate your face. Looking at the directions on the Retin A package it appears you don't even want to rub your face much before putting on the cream. You can still use the Baiden Mitten on the rest of your body but I wanted to point out that it appears you shouldn't use it on your face if you are using Retin A (which I just started using).
