We all sometimes experience that. On a rainy February day in Barcelona I came to Chicago Way Studio, deeply dreary and unmotivated. In the studio I started connecting to layers behind all that, leaving apart my thoughts.

My fingers started playing chords…. and a voice with lyrics poured out, like rays of light on a gloomy day.

I recorded the song in a couple of takes and felt mesmerised by how subtle and honest, soft and touching it came out.

It was the second month of my pregnancy, flourishing me with motherly love, my voice tender and caressing, deeper and subtler. New music was coming out of that love cocoon

Soon I was in Florida with the father of my baby, my man and creative partner.

There I met Cameron Ginex, a great pianist, whom eventually I invited to play the piano for the song.
We recorded a retro acoustic piano in a nice Floridian studio The Vanguard Room

Then when we were back to Barcelona with my fiancé Javier, we took pictures for the cover, soft sunset light, shades of white. I hope everyone will enjoy this song as much as we do.

This soft and touching kiss of angels, heartfelt embrace on a sad day will not leave you indifferent, but will fire a warm glow in your heart
