Описание к видео Navy Atlantic Irish Linen Napkin x Rory O'Connell with Dressed Garden Salad with Chopped Egg Recipe

A fresh new set of colours in our much loved Irish Linen napkins launches with a treat of simple food recipes by the wonderful Rory O’Connell of Ballymaloe Cookery School. We had a fun day with Rory in his beautiful home in East Cork, paring our napkins to Rory’s ingredients to hand to make fresh local treats to eat. Dishes, bowls, jugs, plates were selected from Rory’s own extensive collection of Irish ceramics too which he further explains in these short videos.

We believe to prepare food and take a moment to enjoy, no matter how busy we are, is an important thing! Adding a napkin helps in reminding us to slow it down a little and savour. Our Irish Linen napkins are lauded for their quality and gorgeousness. Easy to keep simply cool wash, dry naturally and, if you like, steam iron, or just fold and use. Keep them nearby, use at every meal and they’ll get nicer and nicer the more you use.

RECIPE
One of the quickest and most rewarding things to grow are salad leaves. Mixed variety seed packets are worth a go. They grow quickly and allow you to pick a mixed source of leaves as you need. Remember too flowers are great to add for nutritional value and colour. Nasturtiums, marigolds and lilac flowers. Gather and pick leaves, rinse and dry the leaves. Place in a beautiful bowl and mix with really good organic olive oil (worth spending money on this), sea salt and a fresh squeeze of lemon. Hard Boil a fresh organic or free range egg. Peel and chop into small pieces. Scatter over the salad and serve.
