HP Printers Hardware Failure Reset and Support Menu

I have received many comments on videos where I access the printer's hidden support menu. Some of you say that it doesn't work, some say you can't find the buttons, but in this video I use three different models to demonstrate that some tapping on screen and the correct area will give you access to that hidden menu. We access printer "support menu" , which grants access to some reset options, printer information, hardware failure status reset, clear hardware failure status, view page count, printer usage, and many other things. That gives all of us, users of these printers, more power in maintenance and prolonging life of the printers.
