In this #atlassian #jira video am going to walk you through one of my favorite Custom Charts gadgets. Make your reports easier to read for everyone! How to use Custom Chart's Simple Search gadget. This gadget is a game changer! It allows you to dynamically alter your other custom chart gadgets within your Jira dashboards. This gadget makes it so that you can simplify your search/filter for your dashboard, but then gives you the ability to essentially create specific JQL statements for the information you are trying to surface in your reports. Without this gadget, you basically have to create dozens of different gadgets and reports to get your information, but with this gadget, you can dynamically alter the results in a matter of seconds.
