🎃Crock Pot Pumpkin Cake Recipe🎃

🧡What You'll Need:
-Sugar Free Yellow Cake Mix
-15oz 100% Pure Pumpkin
-Milk (1 TBSP)
-Water (1 TBSP)
-Pecans (1/8 Cup) + Chocolate Chips (20 Chips)
(Optional, however the points I calculated include them)
-Cinnamon
(However much your heart desires)
-Aluminium Foil
-Spray oil of your choice
-Crock Pot

🧡Directions:
Pour the box of cake mix into a bowl
-Add in half of the can of pumpkin, little by little, mixing the cake mix and pumpkin together
-After adding in half of the can, add in your milk + water and mix
-Add in cinnamon + chocolate chips and mix into the batter
-Add the rest of the pumpkin in, little by little combine everything together
-Line crock pot with aluminium foil and spray a very generous amount of oil onto it
-Pour the mixture onto the foil, and spread the mixture out evenly
-Put a kitchen towel over the top of the crock pot before placing the lid on top
-Place lid on top, and set the crock pot to high
-This will cook from about 2-2.5 hours
(Check with a toothpick after 2 hours)
-Once it's done, turn the crock pot off remove lid + towel and leave the cake to sit in the foil to cool
(You can either take it out of the crock pot or leave it in)
-After it's cooled, remove from foil, place on a serving tray, and enjoy!
