Folde's Treasure Hunt is an RPG developed with RPG Maker MV, serving as a captivating prequel to a fan project inspired by Deltarune. This game invites players into an expansive dark world that precedes the arrival of Kris and Susie, yet offers an engaging experience that stands on its own—no prior knowledge of Deltarune lore or its original fangame is required for player to enjoy this game.


Drawing inspiration from Octopath Traveler, Folde's Treasure Hunt allows players to explore the world (after the intro) and meet eight unique party members (after getting 2 starter characters), each featuring their own narrative woven through five distinct chapters. Players can freely pick any of the remaining characters, with all interconnecting stories culminating in a grand finale that expands the overall lore.

The gameplay incorporates the dynamic Octopath battle system, where each character possesses unique tools to BREAK foes and unleash powerful attacks with BOOST system.

As for the current development status, Folde's Treasure Hunt is actively in progress. We anticipate launching a demo that will showcase the first two islands, featuring three characters and their introductory chapters. This will provide us with valuable feedback and insights for refining the game before we embark on the full project, so make sure to stay tuned for updates!
