I Found An Abandoned Hotel and I Explores It!!!

I parked my work truck across the street at the Loves Gas Station and went out to my next delivery to speak with them, when I stumbled upon this building...well, I noticed it when I was parking. Anyways, I don't actually cross the fence. So no trespassing was involved. Also, do you think this is a subtle announcement of Major League Baseball coming to Salt Lake City?
