My son loves to exercise! He loves everything about it! We're constantly letting him try different experiences that involve exercise, including sports and fitness. Recently he saw me watching a documentary on trail running, and he said he wanted to try it! I of course said let's do it, and took him to Turkey Mountain for his first try at it! And let me say... HE ROCKED IT!!! For almost 6 years old, he has great coordination! Enjoy the video, and remember to invest in your kid's strengths, no matter what they are!
