What to paint when you can’t go outside to gather inspiration for your watercolor journey? Let’s take a step backwards and look at something beautiful we have in our house which itself was inspired by nature. Here I have a basket full of beautiful scarves, with lovely palettes to help me decide. Or you could just as easily look in your wardrobe for a lovely floral print shirt, steal ideas from an oriental rug, garner harmonies from a bedspread or duvet cover - inspiration is all around us in the fabric of our homes. Let’s get painting!

About my brushes
