I haven't hand-washed dishes since the 1970s, thanks mostly to my dutiful, beautiful wife. Also because we have had dishwashers most of our adult lives. There are times when handwashing is necessary and it's handy to have a dishrack to aid in the drying.

This is a good heavy-duty yet compact rack to dry dishes. No, it's not for drying large pots and pans, it's for normal dishes and it's perfect for it.

The fact that it folds to just over a square foot makes this a good choice for small kitchens.

The drain plug is handy in case you need to dry your dishes away from the sink, but the plug is also located conveniently for easy drainage directly into the sink.

I like this product and would recommend it. 5 stars for sure.
