An honor to sit down with my co-worker, Joey Pelletier, Plant Manager, at Bierer Meters, and listen to his skill set regarding Team, Communication, Connectivity, Continuous Learning, Leadership, and Team Management. Joey uses his skills which he learned from Karate to share his Warrior's Journey, and how his experience has taken him to higher heights and greater goals. Joey is a Midlands Tech graduate with an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering. He graduated in December 2024, and currently the Plant Manager of Bierer Meters, a high voltage tool manufacturer. He attended college for 6 years taking one class per semester while using the skills from each class to climb the ladder at Bierer Meters. Starting building circuit boards, then received the opportunity to be part of the testing and engineering department. A few years later Joey became the Production Supervisor, then offered the position of Plant Manager, after he graduated. Now with Bierer Meters for 8+ years.
