Large Rat Trying to Get into the Ratproof Feeder

This video is from a customer that had a rat problem before she purchased our Ratproof Chicken Feeder. Even though the customer has made modifications that unbalanced the door closing system the feeder still stops the rat from stealing feed. They added extra weight to the front of the treadle, probably to allow bantams to use the feeder so the door doesn't close all the way. But rats cannot get through gaps this narrow nor to they have the strength to push the door open thanks to the spring loaded door. We have a new dual spring/no counterweight door feeder coming out that allows much more adjustment and increased spring pressure.
