Developing our skills as artists takes time, practice and experimentation. Every once in a while, I create little painting like the one I'm creating in this video as a chance to release stress by keeping things as simple as possible, to practice skills and to experiment with new techniques or tools. I hope this video can encourage you to do the same. When you are in your creative process, please remember to offer yourself the same compassion you would offer someone else you love.

The music for this video was provided by the You Tube Audio library. I really love this music created by Jesse Gallagher called The Golden Present. It is zen and prefect for creating a relaxing atmosphere for my creative process.

I create my thumbnail using Canva.com. Many of its features are free and very easy to use.

I recorded my video using my iPhone 12 and edited my video using iMovie.
