Today at the lounge, we cook up some spicy chili!

Ingredients List:
3 tbsp. canola or olive oil
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. top yound beef sirloin steak, cut into 3/4 in. cubes
2 - 2 1/2 lbs. ground beef (85%)
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. ancho chili powser
1 tbsp. ground coriander
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. sweet paprika
1 tbsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 onions, diced
5 garlic cloves, chopped
2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1 (28 oz) can whole plum tomatoes, crushed by hand, with sauce
2 (28 oz) cans diced fire roasted tomatoes, not drained
2 large (15 oz) cans red kidney beans, partially drained
2 large (15 oz) cans black beans, partially drained
3 cups shredded cheddar, for garnish
1 cup chopped green onions, for garnish
1 1/2 cups sour cream, for garnish
