With the support of the French Government and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region, Latécoère is shaping the future of its Interconnection Systems business from its site of Liposthey.

The French facility will host and develop the "Smart Factory": a global project that will benefit to all of our sites worldwide. Capitalizing on collective strength and turning new ideas into industrial concepts and breakthrough innovations will pave the way for huge competitiveness gains. This way we intend to better serve our customers and reach new markets.

At the end of June, the teams of Liposthey and the Group’s Executive Committee led a special event over there to mark the next steps of the Smart Factory. CEO Phil Swash and Deputy CEO Thierry Mootz thanked all the teams for their commitment: “this project is a game changer that will allow us to take up the ecological challenge and to ensure the story continues”.
