Here are the ingredients for Diabetes-Friendly Ice Cream Recipe Indian:
1 cup- milk
2 tbsp- oats powder
a few stevia drops for sweetener
2 tbsp-almond meal
a few saffron strands
choco chips and pistachio

Mix everything except choco chips and pistachio in a deep vessel and freeze for 8 hours.
After the freezing time, start whipping the mix.
It will take some time for the frozen milk to turn creamy but it is worth the wait.
Once everything turns creamy, refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Scoop and enjoy diabetes-friendly kulfi.
