R&F Princess Cove Opera House Youth Symphonic Band, based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, was officially established in March 2025. The band is organized by the R&F Princess Cove Opera House, in collaboration with the Pertubuhan Peminat Muzik Johor Bahru, with Dr. Ng Eng Hao serving as Artistic Director and Mr. Sia Huan Ping as Executive Director.

With its core mission of nurturing high-level wind instrument performers, the ensemble aims to become a new benchmark in youth arts education in Malaysia. By integrating world-class music and educational resources, the program offers a systematic and professional training framework that promotes artistic growth and enhances musical literacy among Malaysian youth.

Here, members gain a deep understanding of what it means to be a “well-rounded orchestral musician.” Beyond refining their instrumental techniques, they engage in rich performance experiences, focused workshops, masterclasses, and international exchanges—broadening their global perspectives and enriching their artistic development as they move toward a diverse and professional music career.

This is a passionate and cohesive team. Each rehearsal reflects the members’ disciplined attitude and unwavering enthusiasm for music. Together, they pursue musical harmony and expressive excellence, radiating the unique energy and brilliance of youth through every note.
