Boston whaler restoration. 1988 SuperSport 13’

1988 Boston Whaler superport 13’ restoration. This one was a full overhaul. Once we got eyes on it, we understood what had to happen. We ground down all the original Gel Coat down to the Fiberglass. Only then were we able to properly restore the vessel and maintain structural integrity.

The video is a bit long but it helps to understand the scope and scale of the project. We removed all of the original components and after the full fiberglass and gelcoat refinish we were able to start installing all the new components. All new Mahogany and stainless steel components, along with rubrail and a new 40HP Tohatsu engine, gauges and controls.

The vessel came out looking like a new boat and the customers excitement was the icing on the cake! This was our first BW restoration and according to the customer we knocked it out of the park!
