One thing looks obvious, is that the build up of Russian forces near eastern Ukraine's border is not due to military exercises. The Russian military buildup will either be to invade the Ukraine or else used a part of a diplomatic strategy by Vladimir Putin. My opinion is the Vladimir Putin has designs on restoring the old Soviet empire, but in either case Geo-political tensions will cause both gold and oil to rise in price and thus also cause silver to move upward too. With all this "doom and gloom" I should point out that a positive attitude can and does in fact make things happen in a material & real way. The collective conscious is not a theory but a positive can-do attitude that focuses on solutions and sets goals can greatly affect the success of those goals. "Doom and gloom" is for giddy minds and is counter-productive to real-world solutions. Recognize the problem and take action. And keep a positive attitude. Silver, at it's current price of $20 an ounce, is a very smart buy for those who can exercise some patience.
