By visiting one of the their very first township development in Taman Melawati, it tells a lot about the quality and deliverables by this developer. They are in the business for so long and their products are still relevant until today. What a remarkable achievement that is.

Park One is gonna be their latest residential development for this masterplan, sandwiched between commercial shop offices and Melawati Mall. That greatly provides the element of convenience for the residents but it would not be ideal if you're searching for serenity and privacy. However, at least there will be a park behind the residence instead of another highrise building.

The population around this area keeps rising along with the infrastructure improvement works, hence there are many other new projects around. Well it's always good for consumers to pick and choose the right product according to their own preference but certainty is a strong point for this project.
