The DMV doesn't offer much in the way of fun. But one of thing they do offer other then lines is the option to get a personalized 1960's inspired legacy plate. I thought It would be a cheap and fun way to personalize my car until they rejected it... I attempt to argue my case and I show you how to order your own.
