A really cool 1965 Gibson Melody Maker. I love these. Nice Fat Necks, not pencil thin like many 1960's Gibsons and this one sounds fantastic with the original Gibson Melody Maker Single Coil Pickup.

All original with upgraded Double line Kluson Deluxe Tuners with the cream tuner buttons. These guitars usually had the lesser expensive open back tuners. This one had an incorrect set of tuners on it... we filled the holes and got a correct set of tuners on it.... See pics... This cool guitar even has the original Gibson Strap buttons and whammy bar. Really cool relic here...The frets are in in great shape..Check those pics!

Feather weight...just weighs 6 lbs 3 ozs...no sore backs with this one!

Original Pickguard, Knobs, Nut, Strap Buttons, Truss Rod cover and even screws. They all match and are original. The Original Gibson Hard Shell case is not original to the guitar. I had it waiting for the right guitar. ...What a cool 1965 guitar outfit!

The guitar sounds fantastic with the Gibson Melody Maker Pickup. The neck is dead straight and the action is lightening quick and low. This guitar was Professionally played and it shows. It looks awesome. The original Cherry finish is in great shape and it has awesome finish crazing to verify the original thin Gibson Nitrocelluose finish...Just player dings and scratches. Its in great shape for a 1965!

The guitar plays itself with awesome low action. You will love playing it.
