Hedgehogs from the neighborhood.

Although since childhood we have been accustomed to stories about hedgehogs carrying apples on their backs, such situations practically do not happen in nature, unless they are the result of some strange accident. The diet of hedgehogs is very diverse and is based on invertebrates, and the quills of these animals are used for completely different things than carrying fruit. Fortunately, we can check it by observing hedgehogs in our environment, because these mammals have adapted to living near humans even in large cities. Unfortunately, tens of thousands of hedgehogs die on the roads every year, which is why it is so important to be caution when we are driving and remember about our spiky neighbors.
